Paul Coghlan: Of course I am. Mr. Cooney and the new papal nuncio, Archbishop Browne, are doing a wonderful job. I believe they will achieve something I mentioned before and which Senator Healy Eames mentioned today. One would hope the Vatican would see its way to allowing a small country in economic difficulties to have two ambassadors and two embassies work within the one building.
