Brendan Griffin: I have a question along the lines of what Deputy Brassil just asked and what Deputy Ferris has previously asked about the letter of comfort. I also asked about the principle of a Department or agency giving advice to a citizen. there is an issue that when it can be proven that advice was given on a matter of fact that it then stands up in the future that the advice cannot be taken back....
