Paul Gavan: The reality is, in one worker’s case, instead of getting €60,000 he got €20,000. There is huge hurt over this issue. I will not pursue it further, Chair, but it will not go away. The Seanad will take a vote on the issue next week and I expect full support from every Member for calling on Rehab to accept the Labour Court recommendation and pay the workers what they are due.
