Imelda Munster: With the strategic plan coming in October, the public and ourselves as the Oireachtas will expect all of this. It is all about transparency and, above all else, accountability. If things are not tightened up and all of that is not rooted out, nobody is going to buy it. I am not being smart by saying this, I am just telling Mr. Bakhurst that this is the fact.
