Aodhán Ó Ríordáin: The reason for my absence is that I was contributing to a debate on the citizen's assembly on drugs. As happens in these Houses, we are supposed to be in two places at the one time.

Aodhán Ó Ríordáin: I will be as quick as possible. I appreciate that the Minister will probably send a note to us on the contributions made and on that basis I will withdraw my amendments with the option to resubmit them on Report Stage. Much of the time, these amendments are putting down a flag for the Minister to respond, and we can tease the issue out at a later stage.
