Mary O'Rourke: It was agreed on the Order of Business this morning to conclude the Bill at 1.30 p.m. I commend the Minister for his generosity in saying he did not want to truncate the debate and that he would be available to stay on for longer. I propose an amendment to the Order of Business, to extend the debate until 1.45 p.m., which is 15 minutes more.
