Liz McManus: One year ago while introducing the Broadcasting Bill the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources made a commitment that there would be provisions to deal with premium rate phone and text services.

Liz McManus: I am asking the Taoiseach about the legislation which will now deal with this issue and which we welcome. We do not oppose the Bill, we simply wish to see it published. However, we also wish to ensure there is provision in the Bill for refunds to be made to customers.
