I understand that the staff of the training unit are being moved while the work is going on. Has anything been done to provide an interim solution? Jack Chambers: That is really a backward step in the context of what we are talking about today. Mr. Clinton mentioned that 77.9% of staff have been physically assaulted, which is a stark statistic. Is that above the international metric? It seems to be a very high figure.
