To clarify, in regard to the Senator's proposed amendment to the Order of Business, the Bill to which he referred was defeated on Second Stage on 6 June 2012 and, accordingly, is no longer on the Seanad Order Paper. The Senator cannot, therefore, move an amendment to discuss the Bill.
