Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Matters Relating to the Banking Sector: Allied Irish Banks (11 Apr 2019)

Michael McGrath: I welcome Dr. Hunt and his colleagues. I wish him all the best in his leadership of AIB. Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach: Matters Relating to the Banking Sector: Allied Irish Banks (11 Apr 2019)

Michael McGrath: Mr. Kinsella is calling it a service breach. Does he accept that it is a contract breach? The customers in question were entitled to be offered a tracker interest rate mortgage under the terms of their contract.
