Robert Troy: Would the monitoring be indefinite? For argument's sake, when I was a young driver, Aviva, I think, offered a special discount for anyone under 25 who participated in a day's driving course. At 20% or 30% off a premium of €3,000 it was worthwhile taking a day off to do the course. Mr. Farrell is considering doing something similar indefinitely and continually.
