Would the CCPC like more powers in that respect, especially with regard to small and medium-sized enterprises? A small company with between two and five employees would not have the same financial backing as a bigger entity.

I was on Facebook during the week and I saw a video of a company that is located just five miles from my own home. It showed how a field of carrots was being harvested.
