Hildegarde Naughton: I will bring in the panel to deal with a number of issues. The broadcasting charge was raised by two members. There were questions on licence fee evasion and content coverage and quality.

The questions concerned film and the regions, the role of content creators, the funding system, including a forum for looking at funding options that would come under this committee's remit, and the differential with regard to commercial rates.
