Brian Stanley: Eir not alone has substantial leverage and power in terms of the pace things move at, which Mr. Ó hÓbáin conceded earlier on to me, but, we now learn, also has a substantially stronger position in terms of being able to dip into the intervention areas where it suits it to do that.
