Phil Hogan: For Senator Ó Domhnaill's information, I inherited, on becoming Minister, 31 European Court of Justice judgments against our country, of which this is one. If they are not dealt with, €26,000 per day in fines will be imposed, which will affect every taxpayer here. That is the legacy I inherited from the Deputy's party in government.
