Brendan Griffin: In terms of the Olympics, some concern has been expressed in recent years that, for example, in international soccer, some players now hold club soccer higher than international soccer, and therefore the real litmus test is the performance of the clubs as distinct from countries. Is the Olympics still the pinnacle? Is it still what it always was and what it was meant to be?
