John Gormley: Yesterday, the Taoiseach was quoted as saying he did not condone drink driving, which is very welcome. However, why has the Government not introduced the alcohol products Bill, as he promised? It was listed on promised legislation but it has disappeared. While the Taoiseach does not condone drink driving, he is certainly kowtowing to the drinks industry.
