We are expected to argue for the abolition of Seanad Éireann yet Ministers are not prepared to attend a Topical Issues debate. That is absolutely unacceptable. It is something we must take up with the Ceann Comhairle and with the House. I will suspend the sitting for five minutes to get the Minister for Health.
