Pat Moylan: If the case is still before the courts and I have refused others, I cannot allow the Senator to continue in this vein. To be fair to the House, if there is a case before the courts I do not want it mentioned in any shape or form.

Pat Moylan: I would hope to judge each case as it is mentioned in the House but that particular case is relatively high profile. It has been mentioned quite recently in the House and is fairly common knowledge. I appreciate that the Senator has not named anyone.
