It is unacceptable that those who do not pay are not pursued and that the money they owe has increased in Transport Infrastructure Ireland, TII's, accounts from 2015 to 2016. There is €10 million in unpaid tolls, yet users elsewhere are being overcharged....

Fergus O'Dowd: Is that what TII calls liquidated damages? I did not realise it was going to be so small. The operator rips off customers to the value of €6,000 and then pays €3,000 in compensation. Is that all?
