Joe Flaherty: I know Mr. O'Toole cannot tell me where we are on the table, but if we were to use a soccer analogy, we are probably in the top 4 spots for Europe. We probably need to start emphasising that in the Bord Bia's marketing. It is a compelling message to say that Irish farmers are, at least, pitching with or, in many cases, ahead of their peers when it comes to carbon footprint.

Joe Flaherty: There is probably merit in bringing it to the table. Enterprise Ireland is very good. We have seen it with just transition. Where there are impediments like that, it will work with ancillary agencies to advance the cause.
