Tommy Broughan: Second, I would like to ask about the housing Bill. The Tánaiste reported to the House the other day that approximately 4,500 houses will be developed next year. There are 5,000 people on the waiting list in my own constituency, Dublin Bay North. That is just one of 41 constituencies. As the Tánaiste knows, we have a dire situation in the Dublin City Council area, in particular.
