Seán Fleming: For the information of Deputy O'Connell, we have spoken about that matter and agreed to write to the Department of Justice and Equality which is the lead Department for the project for the timetable for its completion. The agencies are only part of the group; the Department of Justice and Equality is taking the lead in dealing with the issue.

Seán Fleming: EPA representatives would have been here some years ago, perhaps prior to the last election. There was a major clean-up outside Naas. Deputy Murphy knows all about that.
