Cormac Devlin: I congratulate Ms Buckley and welcome her and the other witnesses. I will start with the SEAI. In terms of the inspections, the inspection rate was 51% in 2021 and 41% in 2022. Do those relate only to the warmer homes scheme or were they across both schemes?
