Trevor Sargent: On behalf of the Green Party, I add our opposition to the guillotine on the Health Bill 2006. This is a complex Bill and one that has so many aspects that it deserves to be taken in more detailed and more focussed way. The Government is trying to hide what it contains, instead of revealing by debate.
