Michael Kennedy: I thank him if he will take an increased landfill in the Louth region, but I want to put down a marker that it will not go into Dublin North. My constituency is the dumping ground for landfills, for sewage if other proposals go through, for prisons, etc. We have had enough. If Deputy O'Dowd is willing to take it in Louth, I thank him very much indeed.
