Dominic Hannigan: This year Europe Week is at a significant juncture, falling in the middle of the campaign for the European elections which will take place throughout the European Union between 20 and 23 May. Campaigns are well under way. While it may be tempting for some to sell the election as an opportunity to cast a protest vote on domestic policies, to do so is disingenuous and a wasted opportunity....
