Marc MacSharry: In terms of the Vote of €1.503 billion in 2015 - it is a bit higher now - is the Government saying to An Garda Síochána that when it gets the job done with the 200 or 300 people, it will give it resources to recruit the required professional staff? Has the Commissioner been given that undertaking?
