The joint committee has a statutory role in the oversight of a number of regulatory bodies and the committee intends to meet each regulator under its aegis on an annual basis. Hildegarde Naughton: Do the Commission for Energy Regulation, CER, and the Department of Communications, Climate Action and the Environment have an oversight agreement in place? When is the commission’s 2016 annual report due to be published? Have the Department and the commission agreed key performance indicators which can be used to measure its performance?
