James Lawless: My Department disbursed €4.24m in capital funding between Carlow and Waterford ITs between 2021 and 30th April 2022. On foot of the establishment of SETU (Carlow and Waterford Campuses) from 1st May 2022, over €27m has been disbursed to the Technological University in question.
