Seán Kyne: That makes perfect sense. There would be a worry that there would be a cliff edge for people who are particularly vulnerable. They get used to a team, the therapies and all of that. Regarding some of the other disciplines - the dieticians, psychologists, and psychiatrists - does each team have the same disciplines? Is there a standard approach across the different teams?
