Who in the HSE made the decision? Was the first one in Clonmel? How has that been rolled out? When will decisions be made on other modular units? Alan Kelly: To clarify, the HSE locally within the group makes a decision to go through this, it goes up through the HSE and then it goes to the Department and it makes a capital decision.
