It refers to the immediate release of all documents of any nature whatsoever held by the State Claims Agency, its servants and agents regarding the late individual. It does not say CervicalCheck.

It should not take a family contacting me through their solicitor to raise it in the Committee of Public Accounts for the State Claims Agency to release documents which it should have released in the first place.
