Finian McGrath: I have two questions. I apologise to the Minister for being late. I was speaking in the Dáil. He mentioned the numbers of people joining the Defence Forces. My impression, which may be wrong, is that there is a huge waiting list of young men and women who want to join the Irish Army.

Finian McGrath: Can I ask the Minister about subhead A4 - pensions relating to the War of Independence? I see that there are 92 recipients and the average payment is around €4,200. Is this figure not a bit low in 2015 for people who fought in the War of Independence? There is a small number of them.
