Pádraig Rice: I support the sentiments of previous speakers on enshrining wider assessment. If the Minister of State agrees this needs to be done but does not agree with the actual amendment, I encourage her to consider inserting a Report Stage amendment that will achieve something similar. I ask her to consider doing that on Report Stage, if she agrees this is worth doing and is worthwhile.
