Catherine Noone: I am sorry to interject but I think what Deputy Rabbitte is asking is whether the witnesses have a view on it. There has been some controversy regarding whether it should be done in GP practices, in schools or in other settings. If Dr. Brooks or Ms O'Flaherty do not have a view on it, that is fine.
