Paraic Brady: We can still regulate it. I am not saying we cannot do that. What I am saying is that it can be put on the system that is sent off to Europe. There is no problem in doing that when I have taken a faecal sample. The proof is there.

Paraic Brady: I can only speak for myself. Most farmers are not afraid to use computers now. Let us be honest and say that either a farmer must call out a vet or drive to him. They are not going to get on a laptop to upload prescriptions. That is not going to work. Let us be straight about it.
