John Clendennen: So, as far as Mr. McGibney is concerned, the current model for the LEOs, Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland is working perfectly well, and there is no need for any major revision or expansion. Is Mr. McGibney more worried about the tax system than the mechanics of supporting enterprise, business and his members?

John Clendennen: I thank the witnesses. My first question is for Mr. Cooke. He mentioned EV charging and the roll-out. If we could identify one agency or stakeholder to take responsibility for this and expedite the speed of delivery, who would he see taking on that responsibility?
