Barry Cowen: In the context of the issues that have just been raised in regard to transport, can the witnesses compare this development plan with the previous one to identify what transport projects may have been advanced or may have been lost? The suggestion is that they may have been lost because of a political decision to have a 2:1 split within the transport spend between roads and public transport.
