Mark Daly: In his ruling to the House the Cathaoirleach referred to a letter received from one of the parties in respect of the High Court case. I call on the Cathaoirleach to make that letter available to people in this House because it is disturbing that they are trying to gag not only the Cathaoirleach, but everyone else.

Mark Daly: We had the German ambassador in here during the summer and I emphasised to him that if he thinks we will pass a referendum as a result of a diktat from the Reichstag or Bundestag or whatever stag they are having, he is mistaken. The people simply will not pass another EU referendum to help the German and French taxpayers.
