Seán Fleming: One matter that has troubled the committee for the past number of years is that of the State redress scheme and the various transfers of assets from religious institutions to the HSE. Perhaps the State should call on the Attorney General's advice in that regard or perhaps it is already involved. The matter regularly appears on the committee's agenda.
