Hildegarde Naughton: I thank the witnesses for their comprehensive answers about the park and ride. Did they say that design has started for the park and ride at the Coolagh roundabout? What other park and ride sites have been identified? My understanding is that funding cannot be applied for if the plans are not in place. The witnesses can correct me if I am wrong.
