Kieran O'Donnell: We put it to the Minister, Deputy Ryan, and the Minister of State, Deputy Ossian Smyth, that for next year in the Estimates there should be a section on the costs involved in cybersecurity and a subheading for spending on cybersecurity, not only with regard to the funding provided but also cybersecurity for the Department itself.
