Kieran O'Donnell: The rebate scheme operates on the basis of the price going above a certain level and it is clearly a mechanism that needs to be considered. The issue here is to deal with the acute spike in price that is crippling the haulage sector. Hopefully over time the price will reduce. I welcome the fact that discussions are ongoing between the Department, the IHRA, the FTAI.
