- Seanad: Order of Business. (16 Feb 2006)
Terry Leyden: It would be worthwhile to request the Tánaiste to come into the House for a debate on the current position. Such a debate should take place in-house within the Health Service Executive because the practice of the yearly assessment of medical cards is unnecessary. Terry Leyden: This issue is an opportunity for a debate on entering into a public-private partnership, an arrangement which could work. The Great Southern Hotels chain is a credit to its management and staff and is at the leading edge of the tourism industry.
