There is, as standard, recognition of qualifications among EU member states. This means all qualifications obtained in the EU are automatically recognised in all EU countries.

Jim Daly: My understanding is that there are a number of agreements in place for dentistry. For example, there is an agreement with Canada which has a particularly large supply of dentists. Dentists from other countries would undergo a check or take an examination to ensure that standards are the same as ours.
