Seán Fleming: I will explain it for the benefit of the public because it relates to the President's Establishment. There is a payment of €894,000 from the Central Fund to the Vote. It includes the allowances for the President, pension payments to former office holders and what is called the 1938 allowance paid under a statutory instrument.
