Gerry Horkan: I wish to clarify a few matters. There was talk that the national claims information database would be available in the second half of 2018 but now it is said that it definitely will not be before 2019.

I do not know if any of the Minister of State's officials got a chance to watch that meeting, and I presume he was doing other things.
