Steven Matthews: If a project goes into receivership, the MAC expires. What is the process then? Somebody would have to apply for a new MAC.

Steven Matthews: If the development is a data cable or something like it and a company has already invested in it, the project would go into abeyance until the MAC is secured.

Steven Matthews: Okay. That could have implications when we are trying to develop the amount of offshore renewable energy we need. In other jurisdictions it is possible to transfer it.
