Colm Burke: I asked about the €590 million spent in 2018, but I did not get clarification on that topic. Some €320 million comes from the fair deal scheme and €68 million from the residents in the public nursing homes, but there is a gap. Could I get a reply in writing regarding how that gap arose?

Colm Burke: Can we have a deadline for that? I have been raising the matter for the past four years and have got the same answer every time. It is still with the South/South West Hospital Group, or the HSE, or the Department and we are waiting for one to get back to the other. For God's sake, can someone sit down around a table with all interested parties and come to a decision?
